Felonies stem from more than 1 pound of pot.
Two out-of-state men were arrested on conspiracy to export marijuana charges Thursday in Grant County.
Daniel Aaron Presley of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and James Clarence Mack of Colorado Springs, Colorado, each face charges of exporting more than 1 pound of marijuana from the state, criminal conspiracy to export more than 1 pound of marijuana and possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana in a public place, according to information filed in court Friday by Grant County Chief Deputy District Attorney Mara Houck.
Presley, born in 1985, also faces one charge of delivery of marijuana, according to court documents, and Mack, born in 1963, faces one charge of giving false information to a police officer.
The exporting and conspiracy charges are felonies.
